Delivery/Shipping

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

Delivery times will vary depending on the items you have ordered.  Please follow the order timeframe as a guide to how long an order can take.

For items in stock, items will be packed and shipped within 1-3 days from date of purchase. 

FOR AN ACCURATE TIMEFRAME PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.  

Lykaysha Boutique will not be held liable for stolen parcels. We strongly recommend customers provide a secure delivery address.

Lykaysha Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or customs clearance processing time.

 

Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us. 

 

Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number and information on how to track your purchase.

 

 Deliveries within Australia:

1-3 business days

Orders are sent via Auspost.

Auspost will deliver to your nominated address between 9 am and 5 pm on business days, excluding public holidays.

Signature required upon delivery

Lost or Damaged Goods

Customer can purchase additional postage insurance charged at $2.50 per $100 cover. Please contact customer service to arrange postage insurance. 

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@lykayshaboutique.com within 30 days of placing your order so we can investigate.

 

What if I am not available to sign for the Parcel

Someone from your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf however if there is nobody available for a signature a card will be left to inform you that the package has been returned to the depot.

 

International Shipping

Unfortunately Lykaysha Boutique do not ship internationally. 

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
